The book is written for children between the ages of 9 and 13, although it can be enjoyed by readers of all ages. A mash up of fantasy and the old west, Fury of the Storm Wizard takes place in Silver Valley, where an unusual string
of mining accidents has locals whispering of dark magic. When the marshal sent
to investigate goes missing, his young assistant Boone turns to Jesse and Eliza
for help. But Jesse is a new mage with raw magic, and Eliza is hiding a secret.
The three must learn to trust each other before the valley is destroyed and
they are ripped away from everything they hold dear.

Easy-Peasy Peachy Ice Cream
1 pint (2 cups) heavy cream
4 cups fresh crushed peaches, skins and pits removed
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 quart (4 cups) milk
2 cans evaporated milk (or less if your freezer won't hold it all)
Slightly whip cream and combine with other ingredients. Add evaporated milk to within 2 1/2 inches of the top of your ice cream freezer. Process as directed in your freezer's instructions. Makes about 4 quarts of ice cream.
